Today, I’m going to put on my apron and makie some gingerbread. In couple of days I will decorate my Christmas Tree so it will be pertectly though and I will be able to hang it.
Here’s recipe:

  • 300g wheat flour
  • 100g rye flour
  • 130g castorsugar
  • 100g honey
  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 big eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sipice for gingerbread (instead you can add come cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg - your choice, but remember to pulverize it first)
  • 1 table spoon of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

frosting:

  • 1 white of an egg
  • 2 glasses of castor sugar

PREPARATION

All of indergredients pour into a bowl, mix them and knead. Then roll out the dough (for about 4 mm). Cut out shapes you want and put them on baking tray. Put into the oven in temperature of 180C for about 10 minutes. Next leave it to cool.
Castor sugar and white of an egg grade for frosting. Then, decorate it!
